There are a plethora of dark Valentine’s events taking place this weekend, and it may be difficult in keeping track or knowing where to go to. I am here to try to help with that. Let’s take a look at what will be going down.
Starting us off, on February 13th at Mr. Smalls in Millvale, Hemlock For Socrates, Take Me With You, Summore will be giving us dark delicacies with moody gothic tunes. Dj Erica Scary will be on hand spinning the best goth related tracks adding her flavor to the mix. It starts at 7PM EST, and tickets are $12 in adv or $15 at the door. You can purchase tickets here.
Then on Friday February 14th, we get two goth events to choose from!
There will be Gloom Room happening at Squirrel Hill Sports Bar in Squirrel Hills, PA. It will start at 9PM EST and there is no cover! Just bring yourself and some friend and enjoy the gothic vibe on the dance floor.
Or if you want something completely different for your Valentines Day, Obsidian will be presenting the Menagerie of Filth at Club Pittsburgh in downtown Pittsburgh. It will be a circus beyond your imagine and there will be clowns! It will also start at 9pm EST, and admission is $25. You can get advance tickets by sending funds to $AidenSin on Cashapp or @obsidianpittsburgh on Vemno. It will be one fun time you won’t want to miss out. There will be vendors and food, performances, you name it all in safe enviroment. It should be mentioned you have to be 21 or over to attend.
On Saturday February 15th, Slayd Productions along with Bassburgh Promotions will be hosting AHEE at Thunderbird Cafe in Lawrenceville, PA. There will be support from Ruvlo, Noki, Schrock, and Wuhshi.Oda. Doors open at 830pm EST. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here if you like a lot of bass in your face. It will certainly be the move that evening.
Also, Brutalism Pittsburgh will be celebrating their third anniversary with Brutalism Post Punk Synth Night Anniversary Spectacle Spectacular 3 at Mixtape in Pittsburgh, PA. It starts at 9PM EST and it is $10 to attend. Come ready to dance your butt off!!
Or The Weeping Glass will be hosting Hex: Deep Gloom at Bottlerocket Social Hall in Allentown, PA. It will start at 10pm EST and it is $5 to attend. So another haunt to come out to dance too if you choose.
On Sunday February 16th, Drusky Entertainment will be hosting Twiztid presents Be My Bloody Valentine at Preserving Underground in New Kensington, PA. There will be support from ABK, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, MORBID SIKOSIS, and Dead Kamp. Doors open at 6pm EST, and there are tickets available in tiers. There is the Bloody Valentine Special for 22.50, or you can pay $30 in advance. $35 at the door. You can purchase tickets here. If you are an OG Juggalo, this will be the perfect way to end the weekend.
